Essential sign-in cookies

sgvrp_session keeps you signed in across our website services. It expires after seven days or is removed when you sign out.

sgvrp_oauth_state connects a Discord sign-in response to the browser that started it. It expires after ten minutes and is cleared when the sign-in attempt finishes.

sgvrp_roblox_state connects a Roblox-linking response to the browser and website session that started it. It expires after ten minutes and is cleared when the linking attempt finishes.

These first-party cookies are necessary for sign-in and account security. Blocking them prevents sign-in, but public pages remain available.

Application drafts

While you fill in an application, this browser tab keeps a temporary copy of your typed answers so you can return after Discord confirmation or a page refresh. Drafts are separate for each account and listing, with up to five recent drafts kept for up to 24 hours after the last edit. Recruiters receive your answers only when you submit the application.

The saved copy is removed after successful submission. Expired drafts and drafts belonging to another account are removed when an application form is opened. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage can remove your drafts. Files and eligibility confirmations are not saved. If storage is blocked, the form offers a download of your answers before you leave.

Recruitment editing drafts

Recruitment staff can keep unsaved listing details in this browser tab for up to 24 hours after the last edit. Up to five listing drafts are kept for the signed-in account. Questions, payment details and selected recruiter contacts can be restored after Discord confirmation. Contact consent must be confirmed again. Saving or choosing to discard removes the local copy.

Department leaders also have a temporary role-permission draft for each department. These selections expire after 24 hours and are removed when saved. They do not grant access until the server accepts the change. Drafts are separate for each account. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage can remove them.

Your appearance preference

When you choose Light or Dark, sgvrp_theme remembers that display choice for up to 365 days across our website services in this browser. It contains only the theme choice and is not used for tracking.

Choose System to remove this preference and follow your device settings. You can change the appearance without signing in.

Tracking and your choices

We do not use advertising trackers. Careers counts listing visits without identifying visitors to recruiters unless they separately choose named sharing.

Named sharing requires a declaration that you are at least 18 and consent for each listing. You can refuse or withdraw without affecting browsing or applications. The privacy notice explains these records and their retention.

If optional tracking is introduced, we will explain it and obtain consent where required before it starts. Refusing and withdrawing will be as straightforward as agreeing.

External services

Discord sign-in, Roblox account linking and game links open services governed by their own notices. Loading a provider-hosted profile image sends connection information to that provider. Hosting security and diagnostic records are described in the privacy notice.

Choices on this website do not control storage set on another provider's own website.

Managing storage

You can inspect or delete website storage in your browser. Clearing cookies signs you out in that browser. It does not erase your account, applications, uploads or letters.

Use Sign out everywhere in My account to end your current website sessions on all devices.
