Before you apply

Read the role, department, minimum age and payment status. Community membership starts at 13, subject to higher applicable requirements. A position may have separate age and work requirements. Linking Roblox does not verify your age.

Join the SGVRP Discord community and link Roblox in My account before applying. We record your verified identities and the listing terms when you submit. Authorized recruiters may review relevant account history.

These opportunities are for participation in our Roblox community. Voluntary roles do not promise payment. For paid roles, confirm the approved payment details and responsible party before starting.

Listing review and community funding

Every new listing, paid or voluntary, is reviewed by ownership before it can be published. The submitting recruiter receives Squidbox updates when it is submitted and when ownership decides. A declined listing includes the reason and can be revised and submitted again.

Paid listings receive an additional review of the terms, available community funding, funded positions and eligibility safeguards. Only SGVRP | Squid Game Variety Roleplay may fund these positions through its main community budget. Personal or separate department funding is not accepted.

SGVRP keeps a clear written confirmation of the agreed responsibilities, amount, currency, payment method, schedule, fees and dispute process. This is our payment-record procedure; a formal employment contract is required only where applicable law requires one for the actual arrangement. Available options may include Robux, real money or Bitcoin. A change to approved terms needs a new review.

Ownership approval confirms the community has reviewed a listing. It does not replace any agreement, age check, tax responsibility or employment protection required by law.

Questions, saved roles and sharing

Some listings name a recruiter you can contact on Discord with questions about the role. If no contact is listed, use community support. Never send passwords or payment credentials in a recruitment message.

You can save opportunities to your account and share their public links. Saving does not notify recruiters, reserve a place or submit an application. You must submit the application before the closing date to be considered.

Fair and relevant assessment

Recruiters evaluate the published criteria and the information needed for the role. They must not request passwords, government identity documents, medical histories or payment credentials through application questions.

Each listing states whether selection includes an interview. A department may propose application review only, with a written reason for ownership to approve before publication. A changed process requires a new review and confirmation of the updated terms by existing applicants before acceptance. Interviews already started must still be completed.

Reviewers must disclose conflicts of interest and avoid deciding their own applications. Applicants can ask for accessible alternatives to a form, document format or interview arrangement. The same relevant standards should be applied consistently.

Sharing your identity when visiting a listing is optional, limited to people who declare they are 18 or older, and requires a separate choice for that listing. Refusal or withdrawal must not affect recruitment. Named visits expire after 90 days or when you withdraw.

Restrictions and explanations

An active department restriction blocks applications to that department. Another department may consider a relevant restriction during its own review, but must make its own decision. You may challenge an incorrect identity match, inaccurate reason or outdated restriction.

Decisions should have a clear reason. Good-faith complaints, accessibility requests and privacy requests must not lead to retaliation.

Younger applicants and paid work

Before a paid offer, recruiters must check applicable age, work and parental-authorization requirements. A self-declared age or Discord account does not establish eligibility.

Do not start paid work until the payer, agreement, funding and eligibility are settled. Contact the recruiting team to resolve uncertainty; do not send sensitive documents through application forms.

Your application records

Your account lets you read application outcomes, arrange interviews, download your data and request deletion. The privacy notice explains access, retention and the handling of any narrowly justified exceptions.

If your application record is erased, recruiters lose access to the deleted answers and attachments. Deletion does not erase separate lawful payment or employment obligations, which must be handled by the responsible contracting party.
