About SGVRP

SGVRP | Squid Game Variety Roleplay is operated by Bira Ionut, based in Romania. This operator is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

This is a community project providing game information, recruitment tools and private correspondence. SGVRP is not an official Roblox, Discord or Netflix service. Those platforms have their own terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and meet higher age or parental-permission requirements under your local law, the platforms you use and the position you apply for.

Use your own Discord and Roblox accounts, give accurate information and sign out on shared devices. Keep account access private. Sensitive actions may require you to confirm your account again.

Account services require SGVRP Discord community membership; applications also require a verified Roblox link. Linking proves account control, not age or work eligibility. Leaving Discord does not remove your privacy rights. Contact privacy@squidgamerp.com without needing to rejoin.

Respectful use

Follow the current game and community rules. Do not harass others, impersonate staff, evade restrictions, interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious files.

Only upload material you are entitled to provide. Keep application information relevant and remove unnecessary personal details. Do not use forms to send government IDs, medical records, payment credentials or someone else's private information.

Files you submit

Some SGVRP applications, forms or features may accept files. Submit only material you are legally permitted to provide and have the necessary rights or authorization to share. You retain your existing ownership and intellectual property rights in your files.

Do not knowingly upload unlawful, infringing, stolen or unlawfully obtained material, malware, malicious code, or material you are not authorized to share. Do not include passwords, authentication secrets, recovery codes, API keys, session tokens or similar credentials. Our recruitment forms do not need these credentials.

By submitting a file, you authorize SGVRP to receive, temporarily store and process it, transmit it and necessary information to security service providers, and analyze it using automated checks. This limited permission covers operating, securing, moderating and administering SGVRP and the relevant application or form process. It does not transfer ownership of your content.

Files may be automatically scanned for malware, file safety and inappropriate content where applicable before staff can access them. SGVRP may automatically or manually quarantine, restrict, reject, remove or block a file, or temporarily restrict its associated application, where a security, safety, moderation or policy concern arises. We may act without first showing the file to recruitment staff and do not promise manual review of every flagged file.

Automated scanning is a protective measure, not a guarantee. It cannot detect every malicious, unsafe, inappropriate or prohibited file, and a passed scan does not prove that a file is harmless. We use additional protections. An automated content flag is not a determination that content is illegal.

You remain responsible for the files you choose to submit. Do not use uploads to distribute prohibited or abusive material, attack or disrupt the service, or test, abuse or bypass security controls without permission. Deliberate abuse may result in restrictions under these terms. A mistaken scan result alone does not establish wrongdoing by you; contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Community roles and payment

Careers advertises roles in the SGVRP Roblox community. Each listing explains its responsibilities, requirements and whether it is voluntary or paid. Voluntary roles do not promise payment or future paid work. Every new listing requires ownership approval before publication.

Paid roles are funded only by SGVRP | Squid Game Variety Roleplay from the main community budget. Department leaders and individual recruiters cannot offer personally funded positions through this service. Ownership must approve the payment terms and funding before publication or an offer.

Approved payment may be in Robux, real money through an available payment service, or Bitcoin. Available options depend on the listing and the eligibility of both parties. As part of our approval process, agree and record the amount, method, timing, responsibilities and responsible party before starting.

Our payment record is a clear confirmation of what was agreed. It does not mean every community role is employment or requires an employment contract. Any formal contract or other requirement depends on the actual arrangement and applicable law. Payment in virtual currency does not remove obligations that apply, and budget changes do not cancel existing obligations.

Applying or attending an interview does not itself appoint you to a role. These website terms do not replace any separate agreement required for an engagement.

Applications and interviews

Applications remain open through a listing's closing date in UTC and close at the start of the next UTC day, unless the listing is deactivated earlier. A listing without a closing date stays open until deactivated.

Interview times appear in your local time zone. You propose availability and a recruiter confirms the appointment. The assigned interviewer is shown from one hour before it starts. If you cancel, give a brief reason. The assigned recruiter may permit rescheduling within seven days after cancellation and should consider emergencies fairly.

You may withdraw an application. A privacy request must be handled separately from a recruitment decision and without retaliation.

Messages and availability

Check Squidbox for community letters and next steps. Discord alerts may be delayed or blocked by your settings. The site is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or an exact notification delivery time.

Live game data and team profiles depend on external services and may be temporarily unavailable.

Decisions, complaints and changes

Moderation should be proportionate, based on relevant evidence and open to an appropriate review. Restrictions may be used to protect members or services, with an explanation where possible without exposing other people's private information.

Use Discord support for ordinary community issues. Privacy and access concerns can be sent to privacy@squidgamerp.com without a Discord account. No term removes mandatory consumer, employment, privacy or other rights that apply to you.

We publish changes to these terms with an updated date and explain material changes affecting current users. Any separate paid engagement remains subject to its own lawful agreement.
